Summer Camp in July
1) Scouts will need to complete MED forms
prior to camp. See Rich Mullen or Mark Trudell if you have any questions about med forms. In most cases, a signed Doctor’s note
for school can also be used for summer camp. The Camp MED form needs to be updated and signed by a parent.
2) Here is some information for adults interested in joining us at summer camp. The copst will be updated soon. Adults
will need to have an updated med form, a new leader application and Cori check. These items are needed for the safety of the
scouts and required by the Camp, see Rich for more details. Adults attending for the week will need some semblance
of a uniform green shorts and the tan BSA uniform shirt. It is camp’s request that everyone be in uniform for
supper.
3) Each year summer camp has a theme and this year it is “decade day”. Scouts should think about this theme and plan for troop costumes and a gate way. The goal is everyone in
a costume.
